‘Broadcasting, Scotland and the Communications Bill’  

In association with the Department of Print, Media and Communications at Napier University, Edinburgh, 

Saturday, 12 October, 10.00 – 16.30pm: Edinburgh

A VLV conference to consider the implications of changes to be 
proposed in the new Communications Bill (November 2002) for broadcasting in Scotland.

Speakers include:
John McCormick, Controller of BBC Scotland 
Donald Emslie, Chairman, Scottish Media Group
Ann Picking, MP, member of Joint Parliamentary Committee scrutinising the Bill 
Jeremy Mitchell, Chair, Scottish Advisory Committee on Telecommunications 

Tickets: £10, individual concessions £7.50, students £3, excluding lunch.           
Venue: Morningside church, Napier University, Morningside, Edinburgh.
